Kiosk ID Scanner

PatronScan ID scanners allow a customer’s ID to be quickly checked when entering licensed premises, such as bars and nightclubs.

Put the ID into the scanner and tap the button. In a few seconds the ID will be verified, and the screen will highlight any detected issues, such as the individual being under age or banned.

The top mounted camera can be used to snap each individual when their ID is scanned. This photo is stored in your venue's online account, alongside the ID, for 30 days.

Also scans can be exported to a PDF file, which police sometimes request.

Equipment is available in 2 speeds to suit a range of premises.

• LITE: Max 450 scans/hour. A low cost option for smaller venues.

• FAST: Max 900 scans/hour. For larger capacity venues, or for when speed is essential to reduce queue length.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please be aware that our PatronScan ID Scanners require both mains power, and wifi internet access to be provided.

A regular monthly licence fee must be payed (by Direct Debit) for provision of the online service. This is essential for our ID scanners to function. This is the case for both rental and purchase options.

Delivery time is usually 5 working days.

HOW TO ORDER

1. Select Speed and Contract Type at the top.
2. Fill out and send the New Order Details below.
3. Press Add to Cart at the bottom.
   
4. Use the shopping cart icon to make the initial payment.

Once we've received your details / initial payment, we will contact you to arrange the contract, the direct debit, and a suitable delivery date.
